All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted supplier partners via Shopify Collective. Shipping times and rates vary by supplier and product.

Estimated Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location and the supplier's shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, location, and the fulfilling supplier. Rates will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products from multiple suppliers, items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
