Because Marea Coast products are fulfilled by independent artisan suppliers via Shopify Collective, return eligibility and timelines vary by supplier.

 

How to Request a Return

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@welloved.org with:

 

  • Your order number
  • - A description of the issue
  • - Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

We will work directly with the supplier to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Return Shipping

 

If a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided by the supplier. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return.

 

Refund Timeline

 

Once a return is approved and received by the supplier, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or supplier policy. This will be noted in the product listing where applicable.
