Frequently Asked Questions
Where do your products come from?
All Marea Coast products are sourced from independent US-based artisan brands via Shopify Collective. Every supplier is vetted for quality and brand alignment. When you order, your product ships directly from the maker to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days of being placed. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location and the supplier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will my order arrive in one package?
If you order products from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@welloved.org. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged. We will work directly with the supplier to make it right. Damaged or incorrect items receive a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, products ship directly from our supplier partners in their own packaging. Gift wrapping is not available, but our products are beautiful enough to speak for themselves.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because orders are sent directly to our suppliers for fulfillment, we have a very short window to make changes. Please contact us at info@welloved.org as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the supplier. You can also visit our Track Order page.
